How to self-register/ activate / reset your ADCB ProCash Access / Tokens in simple steps:

• To activate your Hard Token:

Step 1: Enter your Username; and select tick box "Device"
Step 2: To start, please assign a 5 digit PIN code on the token by pressing the arrow key (red button). This will be
your permanent PIN
Step 3: Re-confirm your 5 digit PIN code; the token will then generate an 8 digit password for your Internet Banking
login and a 4-digit authentication code
Step 4: The password and the authentication codes are one time password (OTP) and changes every time you login

• To activate your Mobile Token:

Step 1: Please download ADCB Mobile Token App (this can be found on Apple App Store / Android Google Play
Store / Blackberry World App Store)
Step 2: On your personal computer, open ADCB ProCash login page and type your Username
Step 3: Open the App in your Smart Phone and you will see a Serial Number for the token
Step 4: On your personal computer, click on "Activate Mobile Token" which is located below the Password input field
Step 5: Follow the on-screen instruction in ProCash
Step 6: Once registered successfully, on ProCash login page type your Username and tick box "Mobile"
Step 7: On your smart phone, open your App and key in your PIN to generate One Time Password (OTP)
Step 8: In the password field type the OTP and click Login

• To Reset your Password (Soft Token User Only)

Step 1: Open ADCB ProCash login page
Step 2: Click on "Forgot Password?" which is located below the Password input field
Step 3: Enter your Username
Step 4: Enter your registered mobile number starting with 9715
Step 5: Click on "Generate OTP". ADCB will send you your OTP once your user name and registered mobile number
is verified
Step 6: Type in the OTP in the Soft Token OTP field
Step 7: Click �Continue�
Step 8: Answer the two security questions and click Submit
Step 9: Set your new password
