ADCB’s channel management solutions provide information delivery and transaction initiation through multiple user-friendly channels based on your requirements. These achieve a seamless and flexible interface between yourself and the Bank. Furthermore, ADCB’s secure framework promotes ease of banking and enhanced reliability.

Our selection of Channel Services includes:

• Corporate Internet Banking, which provides a single customer interface for all transaction reporting, payment initiations and reconciliation requirements.The platform is used for real-time distribution of transactions and aggregation of reports, by being closely integrated with ADCB’s platform.
• Host-to-Host channel (H2H), which provides an automated, secure, robust and real-time proprietary host-to-host connection. The handling of file transmission directly between ADCB and client’s system is based on schedule or on demand, through a range of pre-defined communication and security protocols.
• SWIFT for Corporates – ADCB is an accredited provider of corporate access in the UAE. In co-ordination with SWIFT, ADCB offers end-to-end connectivity using the SWIFT infrastructure to exchange financial information (payments, treasury, security orders and reporting) through one single, highly secure, standardized communication platform.
